"Our Gin 1 - Sapin has gradually established itself as the signature edition of JULO SWISS GIN.
When the desire to create my own Gin came to fruition, I wanted to highlight the beauty of our regions and this inevitably involves the representation of fir trees, whether to represent the forests of the Jura or snow-capped Alps.
At the same time, I wanted to make a link with the funeral industry, a professional experience which has marked my life and where, there too, the tree is very present!
