Gin 4 - Gin de la Grevire
Gin de la Grevire is a translation into Gruyèrien dialect of “Gin de la Gruyère”. This new edition is released on March 1, 2024, the 1st anniversary of JULO SWISS GIN and is a subtle harmony between saffron, rose and mountain herbs.

“This March 1, 2024 already marks the first anniversary of JULO SWISS GIN. And yet it’s as if Gin 1 – Sapin was released yesterday!
To celebrate this first year, I wanted to create a Gin paying homage to Belle Gruyère, the land of my heart where I spent the majority of my holidays with my grandparents.
The main aroma of this Gin is saffron, in a nod to the famous cuchaules but also to the rose like those found in the garden of the Château de Gruyère.
Finally, I would like to thank my godfather, Luc Vuillemier who signs the cutting of the label with his know-how of this typical art of the Pays d'En-Haut as well as Valentin from the Distillerie Morard in Le Bry for this collaboration.
